Nikon FG is the smallest SLR Nikon ever built. Released in 1982, it added programme automation to the FE/FM series formula in a body that prioritised compactness above all. Aperture priority, shutter priority, programme, and manual, all in a Nikon body small enough to disappear in a coat pocket. Pairs beautifully with the Nikon Series E pancake lenses. An underrated daily shooter.
